Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the ManageParcels platform ("Service").
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Access to the Service
User accounts are created manually by the administrator.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use your account only for intended operational purposes
- Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security mechanisms
2. User Roles
The platform includes the following roles:
- Admin
- Client
- Logistic
Each role has different access permissions and responsibilities.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Engage in abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior
- Attempt to access data or features outside their role permissions
- Share login credentials with anyone
- Upload harmful files or perform malicious actions
- Interfere with platform stability, servers, security, or operations
4. Uploaded Content
Any uploaded files or information must relate to operational purposes.
The user is responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful and safe.
5. Emails and Notifications
Logistic-role users may receive email notifications related to logistics and parcel operations.
Other roles may receive operational notices as needed.
6. Account Suspension and Deletion
The administrator may suspend or delete any user account at any time, including but not limited to:
- inappropriate or abusive behavior,
- violation of system rules,
- security risks or suspicious activity,
- operational necessity,
- system misuse,
- interference with platform operation.
The administrator may act without prior notice and without obligation to justify the decision.
Users may request deletion of their account by contacting the administrator.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.
8. Liability
The operator is not liable for:
- loss of data caused by user actions,
- misuse of the platform,
- downtime, hosting issues, or technical failures,
- incorrect data entered by users,
- third-party actions outside operator control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless superseded by mandatory GDPR requirements.
